Coastline Plumbing & Backflow Service needed a brand built for instant credibility. A new business entering a trust-driven industry, where both residential customers and commercial backflow clients need quick reassurance. I developed a brand mark, fusing a water droplet with an interlocking "C" for a distinctive icon that holds up on embroidery, vehicle wraps, and app UI alike. A mainly teal and turquoise palette reinforces the coastline narrative while signaling cleanliness and professionalism, standing apart from the red and navy clichés common in the trades. Built as a fully scalable system with defined proportion and clear guidelines, the identity rolls out across uniforms, signage, direct mail, and a responsive web/app experience.
